In a seismic event, warehouse racking acts as a dynamic structural system. Standard rigid, poorly engineered bolted shelves are highly susceptible to structural failure at stress concentration points, such as bolt holes or welded joints.

Lima is well-known for its unique microclimate, with relative humidity levels hovering between 85% and 98% throughout most of the year. For traditional iron and low-grade steel frames, this coastal moisture accelerates rust and structural degradation.

To prevent rust, our production line employs a multi-stage chemical pretreatment, including hot-immersion zinc phosphate washing and acidic rust removal. This is followed by an electrostatic application of high-durability epoxy-polyester powder coating, cured in automated convection ovens at 200°C. The resulting non-porous coating is resistant to humidity, light chemical exposure, scratches, and direct impacts.
